Production7 videos per creator per weekAt ten creators that is 303 creator videos a month, across the Repel, Everlasting Comfort and Cafe Du Chateau lines.
PayThree bands, $500 base at StandardCaps are $600, $1,000 and $1,500. All ten at the top cap: $15,000, bonuses excluded.

Category ruleNo health outcomes on any productSome titles carry health words. Creators never repeat them; a break voids the bonus.

Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine next to it. Same playbook here: small test batches, losers killed early, one number to protect. The category is different. I have not run home goods, so the claims sheet comes first and the humidifiers, cushions and Repel umbrellas get tested, not taken for granted.

Why now

  • 15845

    Reviews on one listing

One listing on the site shows 15845 Reviews. That is social proof a creator video can point to without inventing a line.

    Published
  • 8

    Brands under one roof

About Us says 8 BRANDS, from Repel to Cafe Du Chateau. Each needs its own hooks, and I did not find a creator page for any of them.

    Published
  • 4.5

    A rating worth showing

The page shows Rated 4.5 out of 5. A creator can put it on screen and say nothing the sheet does not hold.

    Published
  • 2015

    Established, no creator page

About Us says Established in 2015. That is years of range, and I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number: $1 per 1,000 views

Every creator, format and bonus is judged on cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Humidifier or umbrella, same number.

  2. One variable per test

Same Repel Travel Umbrella, same claims sheet, one changed hook. Losers killed early, winners go into the hook library.

  3. Seven videos a week, small bets

Seven videos per creator per week gives 303 creator videos a month at ten creators. Most will miss. That is the design.

  4. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote Everlasting Comfort listing lines word for word. A video that breaks the sheet earns no bonus.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MarisolMon 8:30 AM

Brief for this week: the 2.5L Touch Humidifier. Three mist levels, high, medium or low. One hook each, post by Thursday, and tag the creator in the draft channel.

  2. JadeTue 10:15 AM

Can I say the 6L humidifier helps with allergies? The listing title mentions it.

No. Stay on the sheet: high, medium or low mist settings. Health words in a title stay off camera.

  3. Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report is up: videos per creator, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Two hooks are flagged to kill, one to copy.

  4. MarisolWed 2:40 PM

Theo, draft sent back. The seat cushion video implies a medical benefit. Reshoot the opening with 100% High-density Memory Foam and keep the rest.

  5. TheoFri 7:05 AM

The French press pour video passed 100,000 views overnight, all organic.

Logged for the $50 flat bonus. Pull the hook into the library and brief a variant for next week.

  6. Check botAppFri 4:00 PM

Compliance check: every video this week carries the partnership label and no claim outside the sheet. Nothing flagged on the Repel or Everlasting Comfort posts.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Rain test

    Brief 01

    Rain test

    “Repel Travel Umbrella”

Phone on a doorway. Open the umbrella outside, walk in, close it. Show the pastel colour, one take, no scripted voiceover.

  2. Desk day

    Brief 02

    Desk day

    “100% High-density Memory Foam”

Desk shot, chair seat in frame. Place the seat cushion, sit, press down with a hand. Natural light, voice over the sound.

  3. Morning pour

    Brief 03

    Morning pour

“French Press by Cafe Du Chateau”

Counter at dawn. Pour, plunge, pour again. Hands and mug only, sound on, label visible once.

  4. Best Sellers shelf

    Brief 04

    Best Sellers shelf

    “Rated 4.5 out of 5”

Scroll the Best Sellers page on a phone, stop on one product, then show it in the room where it lives. Voice only.

  5. Daily-life swap

    Brief 05

    Daily-life swap

“Products that make life a little easier and a whole lot better”

One small home chore, before and after, with one product from the range. Three cuts, hands in frame, one closing sentence.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “100% High-density Memory Foam”, “Choose from high, medium, or low mist settings to match your desired humidity level.”, “Designed with an anti dry-burn atomizer and an automatic shut-off feature when water runs out”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Home-routine creators on short video

Creators who film kitchens, desks and bedrooms: coffee routines, home-office setups, nursery nights. They fit the French press, seat cushions and the 2.5L Touch Humidifier.

  • Existing customers

Buyers of Everlasting Comfort or Repel products who already post about them. Found by searching the product names, not by buying a list.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. The menu lists Products, About Us, Contact Us and Wholesale, so the program starts from zero.

  • Niche open calls

A short open call in home, pet and desk-setup niches: the Triton dog leash and the Black Rhino leash reach pet owners, the foot rests reach gamers.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Home on camera

The feed shows a real room, desk or kitchen, not a studio.

  2. 2Claims discipline

Reads a sheet and sticks to it. We test with a practice script before any pay.

  3. 3Steady posting

Can post seven videos a week without quality collapsing by week three.

  4. 4Views that look real

Views in line with the follower base. No bought views, no engagement pods.

  5. 5Fits the category

No health-outcome content in the feed history and no medical-advice persona.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Coffee-at-home creator

Films slow mornings and mugs. The press pour is the whole video.

Likely product: French Press by Cafe Du Chateau

  • Home-office setup creator

Desk tours and chair upgrades, from the seat to the footrest.

    Likely product: Footrest Pillow 2025

  • Nursery and sleep creator

New-parent nights, bedroom routines and quiet corners.

Likely product: EVERLASTING COMFORT 2.5L TOUCH HUMIDIFIER BLACK

  • Bedtime-routine creator

Wind-down evenings, pillows and bedding shown as part of the nightly routine.

    Likely product: Knee Pillow 2025

  • Commuter and travel creator

Rainy commutes and airport days, umbrella in hand.

Likely product: REPEL Umbrella - Pastel Mint

  • Gamer and desk-sitter

Long sessions at a desk, shows a seat cushion honestly.

Likely product: Premium Memory Foam Seat Cushion Black Parker

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who give medical advice, who sell supplements or health fixes, who buy views, who want to write their own claims, and anyone who would say a product delivers a health result. Health words in a listing never go on camera.

Claims

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “100% High-density Memory Foam”

Seat cushion video, spoken or as on-screen text

  • “Choose from high, medium, or low mist settings to match your desired humidity level.”

Touch Humidifier demo, while pressing the mist button

  • “Set the humidifier to run for 2, 4, or 8 hours with 3 adjustable timer settings”

Bedtime routine video, timer on screen

  • “Select from 8 vibrant LED colors to create a relaxing atmosphere”

Bedroom or nursery ambiance shot with the light cycling

  • “Designed with an anti dry-burn atomizer and an automatic shut-off feature when water runs out”

Humidifier video about running it while out of the room

  • “Built with an integrated, leak-proof tank and a corrosion-resistant ceramic disc”

Cleaning and upkeep video for the Touch Humidifier

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • It fixes your allergies

Health result. A title names allergies, but a creator never promises relief.

  • It fixes back pain and sciatica

Health result. Cushion titles mention pain, a creator never does.

  • It clears congestion overnight

Health result and a time promise, neither on the sheet.

  • Better than any other humidifier

    Comparison with no source.

  • Everyone I know owns one

    Invented popularity claim.

  • Safe for babies, no supervision needed

    Safety promise beyond the sheet.

  • Guaranteed whitening results

Result promise on the whitening kit, not on the approved sheet.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Doctor Recommended Memory Foam Seat Cushion for Office Chairs & Car

Product title wording. Needs the brand's proof before a creator says it.

  • fast, safe whitening

Safety wording on the Cali White kit. Confirm with the brand before anyone says it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For creators with a small audience and a good kitchen or desk: lowest base pay, lowest cap, same sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators who post home content steadily and hold up on the weekly numbers.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For proven creators whose home videos repeat: highest base pay and highest cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: a video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Per video: the bonus counts the video, not the whole feed, so one hit is enough.
  • Organic views only. Views bought by boosting the video never count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, however far it travels.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At ten creators, 303 videos reach 1.8M views and cost $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. Hitting target needs 4.2% of videos viral or a median of 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  2. Month 1

    First tests

Live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Seven videos each per week. One variable per test, losers killed early, first hook library entries.

  3. Month 2

    Full roster, first cuts

All ten live, 303 creator videos a month. Cut the bottom of the roster, move the best from Starter to Standard, keep $1 in view.

  4. Month 3

    Winners scale

The best get Premium. Hooks that worked on the Repel Travel Umbrella move to more creators. Bonus videos feed the first paid test.

  5. Day 90

Cost per 1,000 views against $1, and whether the roster stays, grows or shrinks. Read from the Monday tables, not from memory.

  6. Ceiling

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

A video past the bonus line, organic, with a clean claims check.

  2. Get usage rights

Ask the creator for rights in writing before any boost. Terms are agreed up front.

  3. Boost as a test

Run it as one ad variable against the current best ad for the Repel or humidifier page. One variable per test.

  4. Scale or kill

If cost per 1,000 views and add-to-cart hold, widen. If not, kill early and send the learning to the hook library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Humidifier videos land on the EVERLASTING COMFORT 2.5L TOUCH HUMIDIFIER page, priced $49.99.
  • Umbrella videos land on the Repel Travel Umbrella, with the pastel colours at $39.99.
  • Videos that show several products land on the Best Sellers collection.
  • US viewers see United States (USD $) and Canadian viewers see Canada (CAD $).
  • Gift-guide videos land on Gift Cards or Value Bundles from the Shopping menu.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Home goods with health-sounding names: the creator rules

Upper Echelon sells comfort products whose titles carry health words. These six rules keep creators on the sheet, and the $1 target never outranks them.

  • Read the sheet, not the title

Listings like the 6L humidifier and the Doctor Recommended seat cushion carry health words in the title. Creators speak only from the approved lines.

  • No outcome promises

Never promise a health result from a humidifier, a cushion or a whitening kit. Show the product in use, not an outcome.

  • Whitening kit stays on the sheet

The Cali White kit lines come from the brand word for word. Anything about safety waits for the brand's confirmation.

  • Kids and nurseries

Nursery and baby shots show the room, never a child alone with a product. No safety promise beyond the sheet.

  • Wheelchair and orthopedic items

Orthopedic and wheelchair products are shown only by users who choose to share. Creators never speak for a condition or a diagnosis.

  • Disclose every video

Every video carries the paid partnership label. A video without it earns no bonus and goes back the same day.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
